Osteoporosis is a self-esteem conflict in certain bones aar the stress manifests itself. This depends on the conflict content. A cheese of holes develops in the bones, so to speak. Cell loss in this situation is a permanent stress phase. We call this the conflict-active phase.
In Western culture, osteoporosis occurs mostly after menopause. The woman feels useless, children are out of the house and her biological task is over. Two-phase

Once the conflict is resolved there comes cell growth, recovery phase is always accompanied by moisture. This fluid comes out of the bone and pushes against the periosteum; this hurts (tremendously). Moisture is needed for the right chemistry to properly repair the bone. This pain is temporary until the biological process is completely resolved. Note that in the recovery phase, more cells come out than before. At the point of impact, osteoporosis, you are stronger than before. So that in the future you can handle situations better, be physically stronger, AND cope with life better. We call this positive effect: biological meaningfulness.
