Valerie (47) suffers from burnout, chronic fatigue and stress

Valerie has been struggling with chronic fatigue, stress and burnout symptoms for years. During the HeartConnection Training, I ask her what happened when her mother was pregnant with her. Valerie then engages in conversations with her mother Ans. Mother Ans is an embittered woman, quick to anger others. She has not processed the bad relationship with her father Kees. But at the same time, mother Ans is making the best of her life and also has a very sweet side. She enjoys telling Valerie about the family and what happened during the pregnancy.

Grandma Elly’s coma

Shortly after the birth of her first child, mother Ans became pregnant with Valerie. Actually, she still wanted to enjoy her first daughter and not be pregnant yet. And if she was pregnant anyway, preferably a boy. Valerie is three months into her womb when mother Ans finds her own mother, Grandma Elly, on the floor in her home. She took too many tablets. Her stomach is pumped out and Grandma Elly lies in a coma in the hospital for four months. Every day, pregnant Ans goes to Elly with much sadness, worry and anger. She is furious with her sister Clara and brother-in-law Bert. These had written a nasty letter to Elly, causing her to take too many tablets. The letter said she was a bad wife, a bad wife and a bad mother, nothing was good. Grandma Elly and Grandpa Kees had a bad relationship. Grandpa Kees suppressed his wife and denigrated her. Mother Ans suffers from this all her life and cannot let go of her anger toward father Kees.

At the hospital, Ans is told that Elly would probably not come out of the coma or else will be brain dead and unable to do anything. For four months, Ans is at her bedside every day. She feels overwhelmed, it’s all too much for her. Pregnant, a small child, grandmother in a coma in the hospital, a nasty sister with brother-in-law and father Kees who is nowhere to be seen. Ans is all alone. Fortunately, Elly comes out of a coma after four months, and Ans takes her mother in to care for her. Grandma Elly attends the birth of Valerie. Valerie and Grandma Elly have a good relationship; Valerie prefers to lie against Grandma Elly. When Valerie is 12, Grandma Elly dies at age 68. Her body was up. In recent weeks, Valerie has been lying next to her like a faithful doggie.

Adapting and pleasing

Valerie is a sweet and easy-going child, she adapts and does everything for her mother. Valerie sleeps a lot because she keeps herself quiet. After all, her mother Ans already had so much on her mind and was overwhelmed during her pregnancy. Keeping herself calm is programmed into her pregnancy. This is where Valerie’s fatigue comes from. Also, Valerie is always cold because mother had no time or attention for her during her pregnancy. Valerie was literally lying in the cold in the womb. Valerie has lived from her pregnancy with the beliefs, “I don’t matter”; “I am not important” and “I will do anything for the other person to get love. Living these beliefs causes painful, unhealthy relationships.

Subconscious programming – Valerie lives her family drama

We find out that Valerie started kindergarten at age three. She feels terribly lonely and doesn’t want to go to school. She feels abandoned by mom Ans.

At 13, she entered high school. This is a complete drama. From playing outside every day, Valerie now has to do homework at her desk. She tries extremely hard to get good grades in order to receive love from her mother. Valerie gets depressed and she gets fat.

At 23, Valerie moves out on her own and begins her second study. Finally, Valerie gets appreciation from her mother Ans for going to college. This has prestige according to mother Ans. Valerie loses weight and gains a beautiful figure. She becomes anorexic.

At 33, Valerie is having a relationship crisis. Nevertheless, she continues this relationship because she very much wants children. She does not listen to her feelings. She feels lonely, alone and sad.

At 43, she has a dramatic, aggressive divorce. She flees the house with her children.

The fact that something dramatic happened during the third month of pregnancy – Grandma Elly went into a coma – repeated itself throughout her life, with drama at age 3, 13, 23, 33 and 43. After age 43, Valerie can’t do anything; she is completely burnout, hugely emotional and depressed. In four years, she scrambles back up and finds out the above story. Immediately she gets a bump under her eye. Thus, the body goes into healing as Valerie faces the truth. After three weeks, this bump disappeared again.

It takes Valerie four years to pull herself back together after losing “everything” and being blackballed by her ex-husband and family. This corresponds to Grandma Elly who spent four months in a coma and was blackened in a letter by daughter Clara and brother-in-law Bert. Unbeknownst to Valerie, she has been living her family tragedy for 47 years. This is very exhausting. Being always cold and chronic fatigue fall into place.

Connecting, fusing and letting go

Through the wisdom of her biology, programming and subconscious received during the HeartConnection trainings, Valerie understands her story, she gains insight into her family drama and similarities in her own life. She feels it is now time to let go of her old family drama and live her own life fully. She will deprogram by seeing, understanding and connecting her patterns. She does this by connecting, fusing and letting go. Valerie continues to work on herself, she lives her passion, she chooses herself and she feels like a self-confident woman. Valerie is grateful for her daily processes that she meets with wonder and connection.
