Sit in a quiet place and close your eyes. With this short VVL you take a journey through your body. Meet your body, emotions, thoughts and keep breathing. It is possible that the pain and emotion suddenly become a little stronger, keep breathing, sit in this and suddenly you experience the merging.

I am me, you are you

Sit in a quiet place and close your eyes. Listen and feel what the words do to you. This exercise helps you to stay true to yourself, understand yourself and portray yourself powerfully: ME. The other person or a situation shows where you are now. You are one with everything there is. No more comparisons and judgments in 3D, but observe from your contribution 5D in neutrality. Advice to first do the basic VVL a number of times.

Sun allergy exercise VVL

Sit in a quiet place and close your eyes. Do this exercise if you have developed a rash after sitting in the sun. You take a journey through your body, emotions and thoughts, keep breathing. It is not about healing, but about insight so that you can receive new consciousness. Your sun allergy tells a story, once you understand this the complaints will disappear. Do the exercise for as long as necessary. Advice to first do the basic VVL a number of times.

Evil exercise VVL

Sit in a quiet place and close your eyes. Do this exercise if you are angry, or regularly angry about someone and/or situation. The wind you hear supports you in this VVL. Feel your body, your emotions, thoughts. Float on the water at the end, relax and observe. Do this exercise for as long as necessary. Life is an exercise in meeting yourself. Advice to first do the basic VVL a number of times.
