I’m always cold

Emy (65): always cold

Emy has been cold since birth. Every night she has to take a hot shower or she can’t sleep from the cold. Especially at the end of the day, she gets cold. Her parents had a warm marriage. Nothing unusual happened during her pregnancy either. She begins to tell about her family. Suddenly tears spring to her eyes, a memory comes up. Her grandfather ran away from grandma. Then mother finds grandmother with her head in the oven to commit suicide. She feels the sadness and pain in her body from this situation. She connects, fuses and releases. She understands that her biology chose cold because to her biology, warm means “death,” which is why she has been cold all her life.

I want to die

Suddenly she feels a new layer of sadness. Her son, like her grandmother, has the conviction “I want to die. We explain that this is Grandma’s belief and not her son’s.
