Nature does not know “too fat” or “too thin,” that is culturally determined. Within HeartConnection, we treat obesity using the biological process of fat cells.
Reasons of obesity
Being overweight can have hundreds of reasons. Among other things, it is a reaction to self-esteem conflict. But fat also makes you strong, which is important when you’re dealing with a predator nearby. With more fat, you survive better in times of scarcity and shortages. And fat gives you more strength to handle a similar conflict more easily in the future. Several pounds of excess weight can also have symbolic meaning. Perhaps it originated during your mother’s pregnancy.
Follow your nature
Being overweight tells your own story. Are you curious? During the HeartConnection Training you will learn the biological meaningfulness of this process. You learn to think in nature again and follow your biology. Continue reading article Anorexia and Bulimia.
Self-esteem belief: ‘I’m too fat’
As human beings, we have many beliefs related to our self-esteem, for example:
- I’m not doing it right.
- I’m just a girl.
- I can’t.
- I’m too slow.
- I do not have sufficient technical knowledge.
- I don’t understand.
- I can’t feel.
- I am too small/too tall.
- I’m ugly.
- I am stupid.
- I always get let down.
- I am not interesting.
- Etc…
How does self-esteem collapse work?
During the Self-Esteem Days HeartConnection Training – receive an explanation of what biological processes in your body arise from your self-esteem beliefs. You’ll discover how after a self-esteem collapse your character can change, what survival mechanisms kick in and what beliefs can sit where in your body. In short, you get an explanation of how the Psyche works.
Connecting-melting-letting go
A conflict breakdown can occur at an early age, even in your mother’s womb, during pregnancy. Also keep in mind that all the beliefs of your mother and father are automatically in your DNA. This is passed down from generation to generation. Therefore, within HeartConnection there is no blame, victim or judgment. By connecting, fusing and releasing, you can now let go of ancient beliefs, possibly with a physical complaint in the process. You go on a journey into your body, into your subconscious. Always answer the question:
- How does this feel?
- And more?
- Feel. Go all in.
The story of Madelief – I am too fat
Madelief, 22 and a Nutrition Studies student, had the conviction “I’m too fat. What story does her conviction have to tell? During the training we worked on this together.
When asked how “I’m too fat,” Madelief replied, “This feels ugly. I don’t get to take my place. I feel erased. Empty. Sad. Pressure. I have to do my best so that I am there. I feel pain in my neck. Tiredness. Sadness. Surrender. My neck is stuck. My neck has almost always been stuck since I was 14 years old. I don’t really know. Frustrating. Like it has to be. I feel more pain in my neck. Ideally, I would have taken my neck off. I feel tired. Cranky. It sits there for a very long time. Frustrating. Angry. Disappointed at not getting it out. Not getting it out. Sadness, despair, a lot of pain in my chest. Pressure on it. My neck is on fire. Nauseous.”
After every feeling, after every perception, after every belief, Madelief sat down in her feelings and body. Wondering how that’s how the pain in her neck came up. She connected with the pain in her neck, both physical and emotional. After about 15 minutes, Madelief feels that her neck is on fire. She sits up in her feelings, breathing into her neck. Until she no longer feels any sensation in her neck. After 20 minutes, she feels relieved, a lot lighter. She can move her neck again. She feels relaxed. Reborn!
Madelief: “After 6 years, I can finally move my neck again and I find myself much more beautiful now. I am very grateful, this is priceless.”
