We will stay on a private property in an authentic Ibiza villa. In this breathtaking landscape you can endlessly enjoy nature, culture, sea, sun, each other, and HeartConnection. There are several lounges and relaxation nooks; the plot is surrounded by palm trees.

Power Spot Ibiza

The villa where we are staying is in the middle of pure nature, overlooking the sea and church Santa Eularia. This wonderfully beautiful natural place gives you every opportunity to recharge yourself. The villa is close to Santa Eularia and its beautiful beaches, with half a drive you are everywhere you want to be. You start the day with a dip in the pool. In the afternoon time to relax, write, swim, and so on in several secluded relaxing patios, lounges and beautiful views.

What do you want to work on?

This week you can work on your health, your future, a life issue, a belief that blocks you daily, or other challenges in yourself and/or in relation to your business. With HeartConnection’s holistic approach, we look at how this affects a health business and mindset, the biological program in your body, patterns, and so on.

HeartConnection philosophy

Each day we work out certain questions using the HeartConnection philosophy. These can be personal, general, life questions. If you want an explanation of a particular disease or complaint, first check the website at Disease A-Z for explanations.

Connection with your body is the medicine!

HeartConnection gives you tools to go within, to feel and find out what feeling is behind your story. HeartConnection is connection with yourself. During your personal journey, emotions, patterns, memories may be released. Every trigger and uncomfortable feeling is an invitation to go inside and feel. This means spending your free time with your group or someone in the group elaborating on your theme, going for a swim, writing, hiking, meditating with the wide view, and so on. You meet what you meet.

Any distractions outside of yourself, including massages and/or readings, will not be offered during this week.

Connect-Melt-Loose (VVL).

Each day we start or end with the Connect-Melt-Let-Loose (VVL) exercise. A magically beautiful exercise that brings clarity to many situations in your life. After VVL, you feel relieved, happier and happier again.

*Keep in mind that we will be doing a lot in the afternoon/evening, keep taking good care of yourself. Reason: all beach bars, restaurants, markets reopen from April.

* Excursion possibilities: kayaking, hiking, free diving, Atlantis, Es Vedra (magnetic island), dancing at Namasté, hippie market, sunset with drums, and so on.
