Gout
Martin (47) was told by his doctor that he has gout. The gout started at his left big toe shortly after her mother died of breast cancer. After his big toe, he also gets gout in his feet, elbow and knees. Below is Maarten's story and explanation of gout.
Gout and the story of the ancestors
Martin (47) was told by his doctor that he has gout. The gout started at his left big toe shortly after her mother died of breast cancer. He is still very sad about the loss of his mother. After his big toe, he also gets gout in his feet, elbow and knees. His two maternal uncles, his mother and brother also have gout. This means an inherited predisposition through his DNA.
From biology, gout is inflammation and therefore and sign of the dissolution phase. Among other things, the left big toe represents the relationship with mother and ego and will. With your will you can manifest. Martin feels that this is blocked with him.
Moreover, his body tells that a family story is still unresolved. Maarten attends HeartConnection trainings with his father. This is particularly beautiful because his father also connects with his process. Father feels this helps and supports his son. For this he is very grateful.
The family story of Maarten
Marchen’s mother and father are both from Indonesia. Martin’s ancestors fought in the Dutch army in Indonesia (KNIL). They came from the Moluccas, these were the fighters. At the time, the Dutch could make good use of the Moluccas to keep possession of Indonesia. After WWII, these people were brought to the Netherlands. Maarten explains that his father came to the Netherlands from Indonesia as a three-year-old boy. From the warmth literally and figuratively into the cold. The government’s promises failed to materialize: they were fired, not allowed to work, put in camps and given only Dutch food. The family feels cheated, obstructed, trapped and unnecessary. March’s grandfather used to say that the Dutch language is a lie. They also literally came in cold: from always being barefoot, March’s father had to wear shoes from now on. This he experiences as oppressive, unfree.
Unfree, Martin feels the same way. And he has felt a lot of anger, malice and rage in his body for years. The same emotions his family also felt. Martin connects with the pain in his body. How does this feel? ‘Winged, sad, empty, angry, frustrated,’ says Martin. But also, “I can’t reach it. He feels small, lonely, trapped, mother-soul-only, caged, oppressed and oppressed. But no matter how painful these emotions are, he melts them down and releases them.
Also, the pain his mother suffered was literally in his body. This comes up during the Self-Esteem Day in Heartconnection Training. After connecting-melting-letting go, Maarten suddenly felt relieved and light, with warmth in his perception and body.
Liberation
During the training days, Maarten and his father connect more and more with their emotions and bodies. We also go over the meaning of feet, elbow and knees. Martin and his father were very closed and had difficulty accessing their feelings. The training days help them connect, meld, release. To come out of their isolation and see that they don’t have to do everything alone. They understand the story. The group supports them. They are now attending as many training days across the country as possible, nice!
Each complaint or illness tells its own story. HeartConnection teaches how your biology and programming work. For Martin and his father, this provided release from pain and liberation from unprocessed tragedies of the ancestors, combined with growth in consciousness.
