Close or push away?
Do I get it close or push it away? Koert’s daughter starts menstruating. She is now a woman and he finds it difficult: Do I keep her at bay? Or do I still take her on my lap?
- Inside of the elbow: You want to embrace something or someone.
- Outside of the elbow: You want to push something or someone away.
Elbow – addictions
Samuel is addicted to cocaine. He wants to bring the cocaine to himself. At the same time, he is aware that there is criticism of his addiction from himself, and his family. So he draws the drugs to himself, but at the same time he also wants to push the drugs away.
Max (52)
Max trains horses, only females. He has recently been training a young colt, Claartje, but she does not listen to him. From the moment he trains this Claartje has had pain in his elbow. What does his elbow tell you? He tells his story and suddenly he comes to his mother, his mother did not listen to him either. His subconscious gave him a reminder, “Women (my mother) don’t listen to me.” Solution of the body is pain in his elbow. He is going to connect-melt-let go. Max is enormously relieved and pleased with this outcome. There is nothing wrong with Claartje and there is nothing wrong with him. He does see the humor in it;) The body never lies. Of course, Claartje is learning to listen better, and if his elbow hurts, he goes to it with his attention, VVL. Several months later, contact with his mother improved, Claartje listened and his elbow healed. He did this himself.
Tennis Arm
Tennis elbow is the most common elbow injury there is. Tennis elbow is much more common in occupations such as masons, barbers, musicians, carpenters and mechanics than in the practice of the sport of tennis itself. This overuse complaint often lasts a long time and can have a lot of impact on daily life.
Proper diagnosis of tennis elbow
It is important to first properly diagnose whether it is actually tennis elbow. To do this, you can place your forearm palm down on the table. With your other hand, you now give back pressure against the back of your hand. With the arm lying on the table, now try to lift your hand up from the table against the resistance of your other hand. If you experience a severe pain or shooting pain in the elbow/lower arm, you have confirmed the diagnosis of tennis elbow. Source: mybrace.co.uk
The inflammation is in the tendon, at the attachment of the upper arm bone. Click here explanation ignition.
Sanne (38)
Sanne suffers from a long-term tennis arm; she is seeing physio and acupuncture, but nothing helps. I ask since when her arm has been bothering her. Since early this year, she says. What happened around this period? Her infant son had turned 8 and she felt “I don’t have to take care of him anymore, he is independent. From her subconscious, she has released him and she feels “I don’t need to carry him in my arms anymore. Also, she is at home with burnout. Her busy job with enormous responsibility became too much for her. One day she couldn’t do anything. This was during the same period. Sanne is now enjoying her son, husband and especially being at home. Finally. That’s why she didn’t understand the long-term tennis arm. But it becomes clear to her. She also let go of her work. Arms and work are also connected. She connects with her arm, feeling the pain and emotions; she even ends up with the difficult delivery of her son. Connect-Melt-Loose. At night before sleeping, she thanks her arm for bearing many years of stress; she feels the relaxation in her arm and body. We agree that she will continue to enjoy being at home and her family. A few weeks later, I receive word that the tennis elbow is completely gone. Sanne is pleased with her insights; this makes her aware of what is important to her.
