Two phase – The biological process
Two-phasedness gives answer to any situation, illness, complaint. When you know where this comes from you live freedom! Includes video explaining two-phasedness.
The basis of your body and mind is the two-phase, biological process. All answers lie in the two-phase. Behavior, survival, health, illness, complaints, pain, fever, relief, panic, fear, freedom, behavior, reaction, fitness, work, passion, challenges, hobby, lonely, abandoned, connected, talents, you name it. Everything. In this dualistic cosmic time, yin&yang, all this starts at the two-phase, this biological process starts with a conflict-insertion (The Painful Moment), a painful moment, unexpected, temporarily no solution, inevitable, dramatic, unacceptable and isolated, only you are experiencing this. From this painful moment, conflict insertion starts a biological program.
Conflict breakdown – The Painful Moment (TPM)
Immediately after TPM, a biological program starts, which enables your body to solve or deal with your TPM as soon as possible, so that you stay alive. Stress hormones are released, the first 20 minutes adrenaline that turns into cortisol. You get cold hands and feet because your blood goes to the vital organs. Heart rate, blood sugar and your breathing goes up, giving you more energy to run or fight. You are also not hungry during this stress phase.
TPM can be seen on a CT scan in the brain and at a specific location in the body. Here, biologically speaking, useful cell shedding or cell building takes place. See image below, CT scan of the brain.
In this conflict active phase (CA) you are living your own beliefs and your survival mechanism is active. Your beliefs become truth because of this. You will receive your specific character to solve or deal with your TPM as soon as possible. Human beings are enormously powerful and resilient. Your body, your biology and your subconscious are doing everything they can to keep you alive.
First Recovery Phase – 1st PCL – Post Conflict Release
Once you solve TPM you enter the recovery phase. The accumulated stress must be reduced again and at the cellular level, the affected organ will recover. Which means that tissue that has been built up or finished is returned to its original state. An inflammatory, warm and moist environment will develop in that area of the body or organ in question during this recovery phase until that area is fully recovered. In this phase, you experience fatigue, pain and fever. These disease symptoms, which are actually recovery symptoms, force your body to rest. A genius intelligent mechanism! Recovery also takes place in the brain and character (psyche).
Epi-crisis
Possibly there is a peak during the recovery phase, we call this the epi-crisis. Associated physical symptoms include cramping, vomiting, diarrhea, labor, blood in urine, blood in stool, nosebleed, sneezing, coughing, rash, fainting, cold fever, shivering, and so on.
On a mental level, you may re-experience the emotions of TPM, such as panic, fear or sadness. This means that, for example, psychosis, panic and anxiety attacks also belong in this epi-crisis during the recovery phase.
The body, as it were, drives the physical fluid, conflict building mass and emotions out of your body. This peak recovery phase can be spicy, or you may not notice it at all. That orgasm also belongs in this phase may come as a surprise, but here, too, the body releases things. Childbirth is also at this stage, when the body expels a baby.
Second recovery phase – 2nd PCL – Post Conflict Release
Then you come to the second recovery phase, you are still tired and you need to urinate a lot. After that, everything comes quietly back into balance.

Hanging Conflict
9 out of 10 conflicts resolve themselves, you don’t notice anything here. Human beings have a fantastic talent for dramatization in our culture, which allows the two-phasedness to run long. It may even happen that the conflict, during this lifetime, is not resolved at all. This creates disease and/or imbalance at micro and macro levels; that is, in your body, your family, organizations, countries and even worldwide. Pending conflicts include chronic diseases, man holds TMP. You can free yourself through insight, awareness and connecting-melting-letting go.
Ultimately, everything is an encounter with yourself, read on: 10 basic principles. It’s right!
Spontaneous remission
Then we also have the spontaneous remission we encounter in neutrality ( see basic principles number 8) or unity consciousness. If you are in this, there is no two-phasedness at all and we speak of spontaneous remission, cured in one go.
In the moment of connecting-melting-letting go, you can come into oneness consciousness. Spontaneous remission occurs in this energy field. Click here for more explanation connecting-melting-letting go (VVL).

Two-phase germination based on the germ sheets
Our nature or biology follows specific programs, which are lawful and algorithmic. Understanding this law of life offers you the opportunity to begin to understand life. These laws arose based on our evolution and therefore belong to the corresponding germ sheets/body tissue that we developed during our evolution. Although this is higher math, it still follows a genius logic. The term “two-phase” refers to the two phases the body goes through after a TPM, which can be clearly seen on the graph. The course of biological programs differs from one germplasm to another:
- Endoderm
- Old-Mesoderm
- New-Mesoderm
- Ectoderm
1. Endoderm – Theme: Chunk conflict.
Evolutionary development: single-celled (bacterium) originated from the first ray of light on Earth, the oldest germinal leaf endoderm. They lived in the ocean.
- Theme: Chunk conflict – Unable to get hold of the chunk (right) Unable to let go of the chunk (left). Receive right – release left
- Function endoderm: digestion, reproduction and respiration.
- Digestive process – ‘From mouth to butt’.
- Color: yellow
- CT scan: brain stem
Organs Endoderm
Esophagus, intestines, small intestine, cecum, rectum, stomach, pancreas, liver, pulmonary alveoli, salivary glands, tonsils, oral mucosa (palate), nasal mucosa and sinuses mucosa, iris, parathyroid gland, thyroid gland, adrenal cortex, anterior lobe pituitary, mammary glands, middle ear mucosa, smegma-producing (sebum) glands, prostate, endometrium, Bartholin’s glands, genital mucosa, bladder mucosa, renal collecting ducts, internal abdominal beak, oral mucosa.
Two-phase Endoderm
