“Every complaint or illness tells your own story” interview for Bliss Magazine
Marjolein van der Meulen discovered a philosophy of life that made her look at life and health 180 degrees differently. A view that makes you take responsibility for and become the director of your own story. And which she now passes on through her HeartConnection year training and training book “Life is a workshop, on the way to new consciousness”.
She had successful companies and a training institute, she developed energy products and nutritional supplements. Until her life took a completely different turn and she was left on the street with literally nothing but her two children after a divorce. During that period she became fascinated to find out the cause of her own drama programs and illnesses, and she succeeded! “It’s about looking at what a complaint or illness has to tell you. From your biology, physical disorders are preceded by a psychologically or emotionally charged experience. These experiences can be caused in your current life, your personal timeline, Life Blueprint (period around your pregnancy) and in previous generations. Everything that you, your parents and ancestors have not processed, you live every moment.”
Watching survival programs
She continues: “Biology has many different survival programs that may or may not start depending on events in your life. These programs help us humans survive as a species and have worked the same way for millions of years. We still respond biologically. Fortunately, because that is why man still exists today. But because of the culture we live in, we no longer know how to rely on our biology. We no longer see being sick as something that is part of life, but we tackle the symptoms with all our might. If you choose to look at your disorders, you will discover that they tell you a lot about who you are. Then your whole life turns out to be a symbol for who you really are. The work you do, the partner you have, the conflicts you are involved in, it’s all for a reason. Once you are aware of what is happening to you, why it is happening to you and how themes can often be traced back generations, you can get started and break patterns to get to your talents.”
Cure of diabetes
She discovered her story of diabetes herself. “When I was thirty I got diabetes. My father passed away when I was fifteen. I experienced this as very frightening and disgusting. In addition, I discovered that I had apparently taken over from him the theme of resistance, which my father had lived all his life. These themes are the biological cause of diabetes. There are programs in your subconscious that are connected to each other. My most traumatic experience was when I was fifteen years old, if you double this you end up with thirty years. For example, illnesses can manifest themselves later in life, while the trauma has already taken place earlier in your life. You may also have experienced trauma in your sixth month of pregnancy. This theme may reappear at your sixth, twelfth, eighteenth, and so on. In this way, your life is like a program that is played every time. By understanding this, connecting and letting go, you heal from illnesses. Like I was cured of diabetes.”
Frozen shoulder thawed
After Marjolein had experienced the groundbreaking effects herself, she decided to share her knowledge with others via HeartConnection Netherlands. With equally astonishing results. Like with Lydia, who has been struggling with a frozen shoulder for some time. “First of all, I went with her to look at how the shoulders are used in nature. With your shoulders you open the cave, you push the stone away. But if there’s a predator in front of the cave, you can’t get out and you’re stuck. So who is your predator? And where are you stuck in your life? Who has been trapped in the family? Shoulders also stand for guilt and accusation. With your shoulders you embrace the other, something you love. Then Lydia started talking about her mother. It was mostly lonely and emotionally closed. She spoke little. I asked Lydia what her mother had to shut up about. Lydia then shared a family secret she learned when she visited her aunt in Australia in 2013. Her grandfather came from Friesland, her grandmother from Germany, they lived in South Limburg. Grandpa had people in hiding, but they pretended to cooperate with the Germans. After the war they were arrested and imprisoned by the Dutch. So both Germans and Dutch were their predators. A disaster, because during the war her mother was not allowed to say anything because of the people in hiding. She had to keep her mouth shut and lived in constant fear. Her house was completely unsafe because of the people in hiding. This has a huge impact on the children, including Lydia’s mother. She lived in fear for the rest of her life. After the war, her parents also have them
